Questions & Answers
Am I responsible for removing my old deck?
Yes. The customer is responsible for removing the old deck before delivery, unless other arrangements are made. Please send us pictures for a quote.
Do I need to supply blocks for leveling?
No. Leveling blocks are supplied with the purchase of a deck.
How can I keep pets from going under my deck and hide the leveling blocks?
Add a skirting package. It can be color-matched to your deck.
When is my first payment due?
Your first payment is due two weeks after delivery. No payments are due between your initial payment and delivery.
Do I need a permit?
The customer is responsible for any code, restraint or permit requirements. Engineer drawings can be provided if needed. See our Central Georgia permit information.
Does my deck come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Coastal Custom deck comes with a 2-year structural warranty. Pictures must be provided with any warranty claim.
